Dopamine Decor, But Make It You

Chances are, you’ve probably seen “dopamine decor” all over the place at this stage.

It sounds like a whole thing, but really it just means surrounding yourself with stuff you actually like looking at. Groundbreaking, I know.

Funky prints on the wall, groovy greeting cards you’ve kept instead of sending. Vibrancy, shapes, things that catch your eye when you walk into a room. Things that make you feel happy.

It doesn’t have to be a full room redesign. Most of the time, it’s just a few pieces that change how the space feels. Literally a print or two on the wall and you’re done and dusted. It’s as simple as that.

Mixing prints and cards together works really well for this, especially if you don’t want to commit to one big piece. Pop a few smaller pieces in frames, or do a DIY gallery wall.

That’s the thinking behind most LK designs. Things that are easy to put together, easy to move around, and are designed to make people happy.

You don’t need loads of stuff. Just things you actually like.
