Refund & Returns Policy

Thanks a mill for shopping with Loon Kaboon. I hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, please read the policy below.

Returns

You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. This is known as the cooling-off period.

To request a return, please email hello@loonkaboon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been confirmed, items must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and packaged carefully so they arrive back safely. Please include your order number with your return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, marked, creased, bent, damaged after delivery, or returned in unsuitable condition

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the item has been sent back.

Standard delivery costs will be refunded where required. Any upgraded or express delivery costs above the standard delivery rate are non-refundable.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email hello@loonkaboon.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, I’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Missing or delayed orders

Orders are packed and posted from Dublin. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, location, and busy periods.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please email hello@loonkaboon.com with your order number and delivery address.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Loon Kaboon is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, but I’ll do my best to help where possible.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Prints, cards, and paper items

Please return prints, cards, and stationery in protective packaging.

Returns may not be accepted if paper items are bent, marked, creased, used, or damaged due to unsuitable return packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible depending on stock availability. Please email hello@loonkaboon.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Return address

Please email hello@loonkaboon.com before returning an order. Return details will be provided once your return request has been confirmed.
