How do I place an order?
Just add the bits you like to your basket, head to checkout, and follow the steps from there. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once everything has gone through.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change something, email hello@loonkaboon.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been packed or posted yet, I’ll do my best to help.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, email hello@loonkaboon.com as soon as possible. If it has already been sent, you can still follow the returns process once it arrives.

Products

What does LK sell?
Loon Kaboon creates colourful illustrated prints, greeting cards, stationery, stickers, and giftable bits designed in Dublin.

Where are your products designed?
Everything is designed in Dublin by Natalie Finegan.

Are your products made in small batches?
Yes. LK products are made in small batches, with recycled materials used where possible, and plenty of care in the details.

Are the colours exactly the same in real life as they are on screen?
Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product, but every effort is made to show products as accurately as possible.

Cards

What size are the cards?
LK greeting cards are A6.

Are the cards blank inside?
Yes, LK cards are blank inside so you can write your own message.

Do cards come with envelopes?
Yes, each card comes with an envelope.

Can I mix and match cards in the bundle?
Yes. Cards are €4.50 each, or you can mix and match any 3 for €12.50, or any 5 for €20.

Prints

What print sizes do you offer?
Prints are available in A5, A4, and A3.

How much are prints?
A5 prints are €12, A4 prints are €22, and A3 prints are €32.

Do prints come framed?
No, prints are sold unframed unless clearly stated otherwise.

What size should I choose?
A5 is ideal for shelves, desks, small frames, and gifting. A4 is the classic wall print size and easiest to frame. A3 is a larger statement print for bigger walls, gallery layouts, and spaces that need a bit more colour.

Are print bundles available?
Yes. You can mix and match prints across the same size: 3 A5 prints for €30, 2 A4 prints for €42, 3 A4 prints for €60, 2 A3 prints for €60, or 3 A3 prints for €85.

Stickers and stationery

How much are sticker sheets?
Sticker sheets are €4.50 each, or any 3 for €12.

What are the notebooks like?
LK notebooks are designed for notes, lists, ideas, and general life admin. Product pages will include full details on size, page count, paper weight, and finish.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Orders are packed and posted from Dublin.

How much is shipping in Ireland and Northern Ireland?
Cards and stickers ship from €2.50. Standard shipping for prints, notebooks, and mixed orders is €4.95.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on Ireland and Northern Ireland orders over €50.

Do you offer tracked shipping?
Tracked courier delivery may be available at checkout from €6.95.

Do you ship internationally?
UK and EU shipping may be available at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or local taxes that may apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on location, shipping method, and busy periods. If your order is time-sensitive, email hello@loonkaboon.com before placing it.

Returns and refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original condition.

Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

What items cannot be returned?
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@loonkaboon.com as soon as possible with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll sort a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Can I return prints, cards, or paper items if they get bent after delivery?
Returned paper items must be unused, unmarked, and packaged carefully so they arrive back safely. Items returned bent, creased, marked, used, or damaged due to unsuitable return packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Gifts

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. You can send an order directly to the recipient by entering their delivery address at checkout.

Can I add a gift note?
If gift notes are available, you’ll see the option at checkout. If not, email hello@loonkaboon.com straight after ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

Do you include prices in the parcel?
I’d avoid including printed prices in gift orders. If WooCommerce automatically generates packing slips, check the settings so you’re not ruining someone’s thoughtful moment with a tiny invoice ambush.

Wholesale and stockists

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, LK is open to wholesale enquiries from independent shops, design stores, bookshops, florists, lifestyle retailers, cafés, galleries, and local stockists.

How do I enquire about stocking LK?
Email hello@loonkaboon.com with a little bit about your shop, where you’re based, and the products you’re interested in.

Can pubs, cafés, or venues display LK prints?
Yes. LK is especially interested in local Dublin collaborations, pub prints, venue pieces, and display opportunities. Email hello@loonkaboon.com to chat.

Custom work and collaborations

Do you take commissions?
Custom work may be available depending on timing and the project. For pub prints, local venue pieces, brand collaborations, or illustration enquiries, email hello@loonkaboon.com.

Can I request a Dublin place, pub, or landmark for a future print?
Yes. LK is building a local Dublin print series, so suggestions are very welcome. Send ideas through Instagram or email hello@loonkaboon.com.
